According to http://www.ak-prepared.com/homelandsecurity/ Homeland securitys goal is to soley responsable fot planning and making efforts to prevent terrorist attacks, secure our borders, and recover from attacks if they due occur.
Alaska seems to be a very weak point for us as it is one of the main focuses of Homeland security to protect, beacasue apparently it is very vounerable.
